ShinyReel is a digital product
ShinyReel is software delivered as an online service (SaaS). There are no physical
goods, no shipping and no software to install. What you buy is
generation credits and fixed-term access to the
service, both of which are applied to your ShinyReel account automatically as soon
as payment is confirmed.
Website purchases are one-time payments for the period or credit pack you select —
they do not renew automatically and no card is charged again unless you buy again
yourself. The available payment provider and its role are shown before you confirm a
purchase; if no checkout is available, no payment can be collected.

Create an account with your email address. New accounts receive a small number of
free credits so you can try the service before paying.

Choose an image or video tool, write a prompt, and upload a reference file if the
tool uses one.
Confirm the credit cost
The exact credit price is shown before you submit. Credits are deducted when the
job starts and returned automatically if it fails on our side.
Download your file
Finished images and videos appear in your workspace and can be downloaded straight
from the browser.
Pricing
Prices are shown in USD and charged as one-time payments. Fixed-term access also
includes a 30% discount on the credit cost of every generation while it is active.

Starter credits
$1.49
60 credits, one purchase per account. Roughly 20 images for members.
Generation credits, and optionally fixed-term access to the service. Both are
digital entitlements added to your ShinyReel account. Credits are spent when you
run an image or video generation job.
Will I be charged again automatically?
No. Purchases made on this website are one-time payments. Fixed-term access simply
expires at the end of the period you bought, and you can buy another period if you
want to continue.
Who processes my payment?
The payment provider available for your order is identified before you confirm the
purchase. The checkout also shows the final amount, any applicable tax, and the
name that may appear on your card or bank statement.
What happens if a generation fails?
If a job fails because of a system or provider error, the credits spent on it are
normally returned to your balance automatically. See the
Refund Policy for the full detail.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in the circumstances set out in our Refund Policy —
including duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, and paid entitlements that were

Do I own what I generate?
You keep the rights you hold in material you upload. How a generated result may be
used depends on applicable law, the terms of the underlying model providers, and
the rights in any source material. See the Terms of Service.
Is ShinyReel also available as a mobile app?
Yes. ShinyReel is available for iOS and Android as well. Purchases made in those
apps are handled by the respective app store and are refunded under that store's
rules.
